1. You have an option to cancel online purchase via HIT Account within the day that it was ordered.
2. In case the cancellation is done after the prescribed period, the item will still be delivered to you.
• If the item has been paid, you need to accept it and undergo HIT Return Process.
• If the unpaid item is delivered to you, simply refuse to accept it.
3 . If the purchase is via Credit Card, wait for 1-2 billings cycle for reimbursement.
4. If paid via other payment options, we may give you vouchers corresponding the amount cancelled. You may use the vouchers to purchase or as discount voucher.
5. Items that have been delivered are not valid for cancellation; you will undergo HIT Return and Refund Process.
